Laurea SID focuses on service operations

Laurea's Service Innovation and Design (SID) campus in Leppävaara offers Bachelor's programmes in Business Administration and Hospitality Management, as well as four Master's degree programmes. The languages of instruction are Finnish and English.

The students' development is supported by advanced teaching methods, a widespread network of business contacts, multiple development projects and innovative development environments at the campus. A strongly research-oriented approach to studies, combined with the students' active approach, gives a solid foundation for learning.

SID's eight labs form a lively and inspiring learning environment for students from Laurea and other international institutions. One good example is the student-run BarLaurea. The large number of international students at SID allows students to improve their language skills and become familiar with different cultures.

Laurea Leppävaara has a relaxed, cheerful and active learning atmosphere, and the campus produces innovative, internationally oriented and development-focused experts in service operations.
